1. Monthly Subscriptions

If you are on a monthly subscription plan and find that Adsnapshot.com isn't the right fit for you, you can request a full refund for your most recent monthly subscription payment. This applies regardless of your API usage (Generations or Retrievals) during that billing month. To be eligible, please contact us within the current active billing cycle.

2. Annual Subscriptions

You can cancel your annual subscription at any time. If you choose to cancel your annual plan before its expiration:

  • We will calculate the total charge for the months you have actively used the service. This calculation will be based on our standard (non-discounted) monthly subscription rate for your plan tier at the time of cancellation.
  • The remaining balance of your pre-paid annual fee will be refunded to you.

Example: If our standard monthly rate is $50, you subscribed to an annual plan, and you cancel after 4 months of use, we would deduct 4 x $50 = $200 from your annual payment, and the remainder would be refunded.

3. Subscription Renewals (Monthly or Annual)

We understand that sometimes renewals happen unexpectedly. If your monthly or annual subscription renews and you intended to cancel, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the renewal charge appearing on your statement. We will be happy to provide a full refund for that renewal charge.

4. Free Tier

Adsnapshot.com offers a free tier with limited usage to allow you to evaluate our service before committing to a paid subscription. As such, refunds are generally focused on paid subscription periods.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • The email address associated with your Adsnapshot.com account.
  • The reason for your refund request (this helps us improve!).
  • The date and amount of the charge you are requesting a refund for (if known).

We aim to process refund requests within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
